All business partners, agents, and external consultants are contractually required to comply with SQUAD’s Code of Conduct and to adhere to the anti-bribery provisions incorporated within our contractual agreements.

SQUAD applies a structured due diligence process for partners and exclusive subcontractors based on a tiered risk-based approach. This assessment considers various factors, including the anti-corruption risk profile of the market in which the work is performed. For suppliers and subcontractors engaged in high-risk services—such as customs clearance, security services, airport facilitation, and similar activities—an enhanced anti-corruption due diligence review is conducted to ensure compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.
